when i go to credit systems this is what it shows me:

Why do i only have a balance of 91 instead of 7091? I have never used any. Can someone please explain.

Well the Credit gain from point card is the gold bullion for item mall.

How to Gain Credits?

1. When other players register an Elf Online account through your promotion url address, you will gain 100 credits. (Note: Each IP is only counted once.)

2. Credits are gained when players who register Elf Online account through your promotion url address purchase point cards (gold bullion). 1 point = 1 credit.

3. Credits are gained when you purchase point cards (gold bullion). 1 point = 1 credit.

So that means i have 7000 credits that i should be able to use. My credit detail even shows i have gained 7000 so why is my balance 91?

Mine is showing the same way, I actually have 1230 but balance says 230

when do you purchase the7000 points ? If you purchase befor the new rule carry out, you will not get the credits, sorry.

Could you please give me a screenshot so that I could make sure

Sorry, the 7000 credits is the record of the points you charge before the new rule comes out. So the credits is not counted in your credit balance. We will change it now, sorry again.
