In my opinion, the task needed to be accomplished to proceed to the secondary class is too hard.
The task must be hard enough so that there will be a challenge, yet easy enough so that the player can accomplish it if he tries hard enough. Putting a task that says the person needs to go to the uppermost part of Babel Tower is unfair . No matter how hard you try, you can NEVER get to the top of it without help. The main problem is that there is not enough people that can help others that want to proceed to the next class. I suggest that GMs can help people that really wants to change to the secondary class and can not do it no matter how hard they try. This suggestion does not just apply to me but to everyone else that wants to change classes.

Asking people to kill a mob of monsters in the Tower of Babel, Carefree Site, etc is ridiculous. They can not do it.

Even a group of people in the 40's can not accomplish such tasks. Yes, People in their 50's can help them but, it is not often that they are free. They are always "busy training, selling, etc" and they are just on every time theres an event, and again, makes them "busy". I hope GMs can put some time into their schedule and think about this. I know they can help us and I hope they will.

Neji, I am the 'first generation' of the high lvls. I got through everything with my party members.
Snowwhite, xiaoai and few more partied together with me at lv40-lv42 and did all job change quest. Obviously, it is difficult, but with good strategies and good teamwork, it is possible.

It's proven, ex-players like Speh, Donut and Panda, they did the same. they leveled so fast that they were wearing lv30 equipments at lv40. And they job changed by themselves too.

I'm not going against you but just want to let you know what i know. Sharing is caring
