Q. Why does it say the account I won through MMOsite contest or were given through Email by Admin does not exist when I try to login to it through website?
A. The Account you won through MMOsite or were given through Email by Admin is only used for ingame login during Closed Beta, if you wish to post in the forums you'll have to make a new account that might be used later for your ingame login.

A. Closed Beta Starts Dec. 8th 2pm EST/GMT-5

Q. Why am I downloading the game so slow?
A. A lot of other people are trying to download the client as well, so please be patience when downloading or you can try using download managers like FlashGet which will
help.

Q. Why Does it say my beta key/account does not exist?
A. Closed Beta hasn't started yet. The GMs probably has not added any of the closed beta accounts to the server to prevent us from entering the game before its ready, so just be patience and wait until Closed Beta has Started.

Q. Why Does it say Invalid
Account?
A. You have to use your Beta Account you got from the GMs or MMOsite Contest. ELF123456 = your Account ID and 123456 = your Password.

Q. Why does it say I've got an Invalid Version?
A. Make sure your client version is 2.0.2.475
