Siege War System, Take You Towns

Elf Online will launch its siege war system in the near future. The launching time of it is EST(GMT-5) 19:00-20:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The application not in this time will not be accepted. The followings are the relevant rules and information for you.

Occupation application:
When a guild leader applies for the battle to the NPC of the town he wants to occupy, the NPC can accept or reject the applications. A guild leader can apply for several battles and occupy several towns at the same time.
Application rules:
1.The guild applying for the battle has to reach a certain level. (Current version has no level limit)
2.It requires the conversation between the guild leader and the application NPC. Choose “Apply for the participation of the battle”.
3.After every battle, it must be sometime for rest before applying a second battle. When one guild applies for the battle, other clans can only apply for it within 60 seconds.
4.You have to pay when you apply for it.
5.If you have applied and you want to cancel it, talk to the application NPC before the deadline of the application or you can’t cancel it. You will get a refund of a half if you cancel the application.
6.Only 10 guilds are allowed to apply for the battles each time.
7.Players can check the guilds who have already applied for the battles from the application NPC.

Battle rules:
1. All the members of the guilds that apply for battles have to come to the combat map before the deadline of preparation, and will be in a disorganized state. After the preparation time, all the members will be labeled as “Combatants”, and there are golden ring under their feet.
2. And then they will have two minutes to make up a team. The same guild members who have labels can make up a team.
3. After making up a team, it’s time for them to fight. The map then becomes the battlefield.
4. In the battlefield, the members with labels in the same guild can fight with any other guilds freely, while those who do not have labels can not.
5. Those who are killed, who flee, who switch the battlefield or who are off line, will be considered exiting the fight and the combat labels will also be removed. The player who is killed will be sent back to the Resurrection point. It’s the same with common fighting, withholding the Pet Loyalty but not experience. HP/MP cannot be recovered.
6. Those guild members who enter the battlefield after the beginning of the fighting and who do not join the battle cannot get the combatant label.
7. The fighting members with combatant labels cannot vend, invite or accept fighting, and they will not encounter enemy.
8. If the player is expelled by the guild, the label will be removed. It is equal to reducing the combatants.
9. The players who join the fighting cannot exchange with any NPC of the map.
10. When fighting, they cannot invite non-fighting members into the team.
11. There will be ten seconds of safe time for addition and adjustment. During this time, they won’t be attacked by other teams. At this time, if other teams click to tight against them, the system will point out that the fighting is not available.

PK operation:
After the player is labeled as combatant, if you move the mouse to other players with labels, the mouse will turn into a sharp sword. Click it, then you can fight against him. (You can make it if they are in the state of fighting.)
Ending conditions:
1. When all the players with combatant labels belong to the same guild( That is to say, all the teams of other guilds are defeated.)
2. End of the fighting.

Rules of victory:
1. If the town is not occupied by any guilds, any guild who has members in the battlefield wins and has the occupation right of the town.
2. During the fighting time, one guild defeated another.
3. After the battle time, the guild that has more members in the battlefield wins and has the occupation right of the town. (After the battle time, if the members are still fighting, they are all considered as survivors)
4. After the fighting time, if the number of survivors of each guild is the same, the system will select the winner at random and give an obedience announcement.
5. If there’s no players qualified for the fighting in the battlefield, the town will turn to the state of no occupation.
6. After the battle, the system will give an obedience announcement, noticing the town and guilds they occupy.
Time process:The fighting time is 72 seconds just after the application time of the first guild who applies for the battles. When the guild has successfully applied for the battle, the system will broadcast the obedience announcement automatically to inform all players that there will be battles in this town and which map to gather and the left time for the beginning of the battle at set intervals.

Time order:

1. The application time after the first guild applies for the battle:60 minutes.
2 The deadline of the application, gathering and preparation time: 10 minutes.
3. The time for making up a team after labeled: 2 minutes.
4. The fighting time: 30 minutes.
