This is a PK based game. And MASS PKING is allowed as well.
You all can off the PK Mode by clicking the PC icon, and uncheck the PK.
You will not be able to PK, nor being PKed once it is unchecked.
So STOP whinning or scolding with foul words with unsatisfaction if you got PKed.
IT IS YOU WHO ENABLE THE PK MODE AND TAKE THE RISK OF BEING PKed.

And I will never pk anyone who's level is so low and not understand about the game yet (Where they do not know about PK settings)

Yes this is a PK game.
No.  You can't turn off PK mode.  The PK option by you icon DOES NOT prevent others from PKing you.  The option make it harder for YOU to PK others accidently when you click on them.  In this mode you need to hold down CTRL key and click on another player in order to PK him/her.  One thing tho this game prevent player from PKing low level  (lvl 15 or below i think) so the newbie has a chance to enjoy the game.

Sorry, you are wrong on a few counts.  Most importantly as scmfxt said YOU CAN NOT TURN OFF PK

PK anyone anywhere anytime is just dumb.  Games like this get better as the playerbase expands, and someone getting pked their first day by a much higher level char while trying to learn the game will only make them leave.

There really should be
1. PK areas, or at least PK "safe" areas
2. PK level limits

how do you PK? like is ti just "duel" but you can have the option to refuse it?
it ried holding cntrl didnt do anything

To PK outside of town just click on any player while the you have crossed sword icon by you icon or hold CTRL and click on another player to PK him/her while you have 2 swords icon.  Your name will turn red once you initiate the PK even if you don't kill the player during the fight.  PK is NOT dueling since PK is force upon another player to defend him/herself without permission.  Also note that PKer with red name is penalize when killed by another player.. like losing equipment.. etc. to that player.

if i accidentally pk someone is my red name will disappear?

The red name will be gotten rid of by two ways. One is to kill the monsters that you can get exp from(it can be decrese one point per kill). The other way is using the items from the Item Mall.
