Well,do not click the "start" button at once when login the game cause the system would update automatically during the interval.

This issue has nothing to do with the game client but player's internet connection.  My girlfriend who is goingt to school in philippine has this problem but all that clear after the event.  Internet connection is really bad over there and game server is overloaded at the time of 2x Exp event and patch update make thing worst.

My suggestion for GM is to NOT have patch update the same time as event to reduce server overload.

Thank you for your support, internet connection is not so good in southeast asia, it's hard to connect to our host. But i will try to fix it
