Scorpion King BACK !!

I cant finish that quest on my lvl 38 Quest Soldier Quest to the Braveman kill the Scorpion King .. i alredy killed the 40 small Scorpions but the King doesnt want me to attak it !! in the Desert Ruins PLEASE HELP

If I'm not mistaken you need to be at least lv40 to do so.
