Just got this item...and I can't wear it...I got enough stamina to wear it and it still doesn't allow me to...:S ...Also does anyone know how to get 2-Level Soul Stones?

I think it is not a bug. This item also request stamina 36, but your stamina is less than 36, so you could not put it on.

you have to have enough BASE stamina. equipment that gives you stamina does not count towards the required stamina

Ahh, I see, I thought the one's that added stamina counted as well... >_< silly me...well thanks
