The open beta has started now, and the old version is still available.  As for your problem , could you download the client again?  The website is http://elf.happymmo.com/download.php

what information do you see when you try to log in the Game?

Remember to click one of the servers, like actually click on teh server when it says which server to connect to. Lots of people dont do that so it comes up with this error.
