Rookie retrain card does not disappear after lvl 15.

drag it on the ground and then press mouse button then press confirm..

and how ur windows looks that strange? my chat and other shiit is all in game but ur chat looks like a pop-up or smthin

Anyways card says, so it should do what it says or else it should be removed.

This has been brought up before.

Also, you can play windows mode and still have the chat box in the lower left. I'm not sure how I did it, though.
