Have done the magic armor quest:

There i got the Boots need 28Stamina.  Nice i have 38 Stamina. Heck no  -   it doesn t work.

You want to know why? Because the green numbers of Stamina doesn t count. And on the normal Stamina i have only 11.
There goes something which i will never ever use again.

Why Stamina 11 (basis) because as a mage you will mostly go for magic power and you get enough with other equipment buffs.

I hope that is a bug, because as a mage how should i get up to 28 Stamina base?

Thank you for your report. As for this, it is not a bug.  some good equipments need certain points of strength, stamina and so on.

Yes. but it s hard that it has to be base (white) and not the buffed up (green,current) value.

e.g.

Stamina. 11 (white, base) + 29 (equipment) == 40 (green, current) value

Because if you know you will need Stamina, at least make it clear earlier in the game and not when you get the item.
