In order to communicate with the players better and strengthen the forum management, the official forum of ELF Online decides to recruit some moderators. Details about the recruit are as following:

1. Be familiar with ELF Online
2. Have relatively ample hang online time to complete your duty.
3. Excellent management and communication ability and be able to lead the posts into a agreeable state
4. At least 50 posts

6. Be patient enough to guide other players to the ELF Online Online
7. There is 10 days’ practice for the moderators. We will promote them to be the formal moderators according to their performance.
Reward:
We will make up an encourage mechanism to give the formal moderators some reward according to their performance.
