I don't know if this is a bug or not. But I dislike that I cannot talk to my quest NPC's or any NPC's in a group. Unless I am the group leader I am unable to talk to the merchants/Quest NPC's. I've had to leave my group every time I want to complete a quest or buy/sell.

That makes no sense though. I don't know how they expect that to allow for better gameplay. Maybe if you were doing the same quest in a group and it allowed the leader to acept or complete the quest for everyone. That would be interesting. But to not allow you to NPC items for buying/selling seems like a simple oversight. I hope they come up with an alternative to the option we have now. Thanks Nameless.

Yes, but u would have to move sometimes to talk to npcs because if your in a party your in a straight line. But what if u were walking in a party? Everyone could walk in all directions that would mess things up like 2 monster aggro'ed fights? haha But yeah its pretty annoying  having to leave party to sell stuff or talk to npcs.

i don't think Venlarie was talking about letting the party walk around by themselves. I don't think we should have to quit or be the party leader just to talk to an npc to finish a quest either.. at least make it so the party leader can talk to an npc and finish the quest for the whole group. it's such a pain to do the signpost quest in samsara with a party of 5 people where everyone has to leave the party just to click the sign and than rejoin

and then there is a player or 5? so it's better to play yourself, not instead of others

Yea.. this is definitely a pain.  The group ended up switching leadership or quit party and rejoin.  Not very smooth at all.  Either give other party ability to interact with NPC or have leader interact for whole party members (ex: leader talk to Merchant NPC - merchant dialogue menu popup for all players in the party).

Killing the boss there is hard.. do you think we can do it at the level that is required to get the quest alone?

I think if you want to kill the boss, you can team up with other players.

Yes but in some bosses like the gay couple quest if the leader talks to him he will get the quest item and not the hole group.
