Manufactoring needs Buff (10-25)

It seems that you can not buy any "blue" recipes until level 30 for manufactoring, as you can for forgeing.

A Chest Item (Soft Leather Level 20) does cost me 1025 Gold for the recipe and the blueprints. I also have to farm the material.

I can buy the exact item for 980 Gold. So there is no sense in manufactoring you can not even sell anything to players cause there is no working economy!

Solution:

Lower Blueprints prices drastically.
Implement "Blue" meaning better Recipes for Level 10-25 for Manufactoring to get a better item than the shop one.
