i was playing and all of a sudden all the portals dissapeared along with the npcs
then i reloged in and this happened

I can't see any picture on your post, nor can I get the URL for the picture to work, but I can tell you that many times when I get disconnected, I must wait over 5 minutes for the server to clear my info from it's cache. If I log back in, many times it tells me I have no characters, or I can walk around the map I'm on with NO NPC's or portals. It's great for figuring out the location of various paths in dungeons, but there is already a post with maps for that(Maps for dungeons). If logging out of the elf client for about 5 to 7 minutes or longer does not fix the problem, please do post the issue. In my experience, it takes the server close to 10 minutes at times to let me log back in and playas I should be able to.

It happens if you have a slow connection, it doesn't happen much but you can just move closer to router (if you use wifi)
