HELP what is Decomposer & ordinary supplement??

HELP what is Decomposer & ordinary supplement??

I made mistake i buy 2 packs of 99 cost me all my gold can someone pls tell me what i can do with
these items before i go crazy lol  i only wated 1 of each to see what htey were for ?

They are used for your synthesizing skill, I believe the Decomposer is for smithing, and Ordinary supplement is for cooking, but I'm not 100% sure about the Ordinary Supplement.
