Anyone know which NPCs make Dream Armor and how to find them?

Also, how do you get ordinary armor fortifier?

black smith union in the Dragon city

you may find what you want.

for dream armor visit
blacksmiths in :

north wulong
east carefree
tranquil seacost 3
endless plain 1

armor fortifiers u get them from the event treasure hunting ... check the regular weekly events for that


blacksmith union in DC is for hero armor and legend armor quest ^_^

last blacksmith is in dragon city..

you can also get armor fortifier from finishing the tutor's quest. <--- this is more viable since you don't have to wait a week for it plus you can do it 2 rounds per 24 hrs.

oh forgot about the one in DC lolz

yeah good point... althou u have to have party in tutor quest ... but sure much more accessable
