what u mean the Play button??  u need to press Next>Next> Star  i hop it help

you see a "next" button
then click that same button again
and u'll see the button change into a "start" button
click it
and u'll see a window pop up
click "enter"
and u'll have to login
done

BTW, you did download the game, right????
