Gift Mail can not read it would be nice to have

The Gift mail could be usefull right now but cant read it there is even a lottery that says you can
become rich and other bonus items in the gift mail how do we get these items and the lottery??
Pls fix this so we can level better thxs : ) there should be sit and heal option ^^
