there are a few players (mostly ACE1989) who spam the world chat every 30 seconds with the exact same really long post, and although I have him blacklisted it doesn't block his posts.

I don't want to turn off the world chat, please add a feature where we can block people on world chat

what did he post? we can not ban players word just because he talk too much, did he insult anybody or say something bad?

no, he did not insult or anything.  I do not want you to ban him at all

What I want is to be able to not see his posts.  Just like ignore or blacklist in other games.

It is very common in MapleStory and other MMORPGs to have people spam to sell/ buy stuffs.

What is your problem here?
