Over a spam of 10 years, I have played many different rpg/mmorpg. I understand what people like and what actually works with rpgs. I just happen to enjoy this one more than the others and hope to bring about more potential.
I will only be sharing what I feel the admins are capable of doing!
Characters:
-More Selection, such as elf, troll, or alien. (just make the same human character sprite more purple colour with pointy ears)
-Hairstyle NPC in town or at the item mall. (more variety of characters running around)
-Changable sizes for character.
-Complextion of character.
-Little details like ear ring and stuff.
Pets:
-More skills. (which allows for more tactic)
-More pets.
-Pet combo. (Combo not only with master but other pets or classes!)
-Pet Equip.
-Pet reveals secret. (wether they open new quest or gets discount from NPC or do something really new)
Items:
-Wider variety of item drops. (each monster can drop 1-4 different types of items)
-Crafting items using different material. (not just the crafting material, but usage of all kinds of material, this makes the community more interactive)
-More quest items. (many of the quest rewards are only money, sp, xp)
-More items. (make u have pick according to the situation, more strength or more agility?)
-Addons to items. (sockets to put things to improve it or set bonus two of the same type gives bonus stats)
-Gambling items. (items that can be use to gamble to improve or deprove or items that damage is high or low)
Quest:
-Past Quest. (quest that forces you to go back to the begining to do something)
-Time Quest.
-Expensive Quest. (fake money of course)
-Different types of Quest. (gathering items are boring and repetitious)
-Quest overlapping. (quest that forces you to search for items that are only found after doing other quest)
-Secret Quest. (quest that are unlocked after completeing a certain amount of quest, not just one and then boss quest)
Monsters:
-More monsters. (I understand there is rare monsters on each map but that isnt enough)
-Different encounters depending on area. (it should not be this area contains this monster but more so this area has a higher probability of this monster than these ones)
-More tactical monsters. (their A.I. is just too weak, my baby sister can beat them)
-Secret Boss. (from secret quest or just by very rare chance on the map, 0.01%)
Item Mall:
-The Item Mall is too small. (I understand your still adding stuff)
-Add more Special Gears
-Add special Quest
-Add additional Stats
-Add Triple XP Gain
-Add Private houses
-Add 80% off NPC items (These will attract a lot more customers than before)
Repair:
-Repair should not reduce more than 4 units. (this makes the game tedious and difficult)
Interface:
-Need more option for appearance for battle interface (its just very ugly the battle interface)
-More userfriendly. (the buttons are too small to recognize, the important ones need to be bigger or made to be seen)
-Item interface. (games such as ragnarok allows u to change interface let allow design your own)
-Chat interface. (this is like 30% of my screen and when theres an annoucement it becomes 80% of my screen gone! I aware of turning it off, there should be a pick your size like the this web browser)
Well thats all I have for now, as I am still finding stuff I havent discouver yet.
