Can we have the option to buy houses for some "fun" with our wives or husbands and also to hide from ppl trying to pk lower leveled ppl?

oh yea,can we also use some as guild houses so we can play with other guild members in mini-games?and can the houses be reasonably priced, like 50000 for one?that way ppl lvl 20 and over wont complain.and they could be in dragon city or in new maps and towns like other ppl in the forums have been complaining about.it would be a good way to do more than 1 suggestion all at once.
