login not possible

hello

i have a problem and need help.

i have two computers. one works with windows vista, there i can only download this game but i can not install it.
can this game run with vista?
i have not found a solution to this problem.

so i have downloaded the game to my old computer (windows xp). and i was really happy that i could installed this game.
but when i want to login. then i got this message: [b]Login failed! Please check your password![/b]
but i know that my ID and PW absolut correct.
What is wrong? Have i activate this game before? What can i do?

please answer me

And for the other computer. if you use the Vista O/S, please don't install the game in disk C.Which disk do you install this game?

is this link only for the registration at the forum? or for both? i can login at the forum but not
in the game.

on the vista pc i have only disk C

sorry, still i can not login. When i enter my ID and then my password i got this message:
Login failed! Please check your password!

The password should in small ietter. if your password is in capital, you can log in the forum, but cant in game. please have a try. Thank you for your support.

I tried the lower case and uppercase for my id and password, but it still won't work.
Tried the update, but it said this:

Can't update. Version not match!

both my id and pass were uppercase when i registered.

i tried changing my pass, still dont work.
