help in hunting! plssssssssss!

I'm a lvl 12 rover and tried hunting skills. why can't i use/equip a hunting knife??? Is there anything I must do so i cud use it?

you just need to put it in your bag. and then right click the animal.

You don't need to equip it but be sure you have that on your inventory so that you can hunt domestic animals.
