All the tutors talk to you except wormhole master(wizard) and i cant complete quest
So plz gms fix when u have time plz & ty =D

Talk to the magician tutor even if there is no respons from him, you could also carry on the quest.
So this quest is not buged

Maybe you can logout the game, and then try to relogin.

I have the same problem with this quest.
I tried logging out and back in again but it still will not let me complete the quest.

I have tried abandoning the quest and restarting and even tried using a second character but I still have the same issue.
I've tried the same quest with a third character in Carefee village and it works fine there, but in Wulong the Wormhole Master does not repond when you click on the quest, making it impossible for me to complete the quest there.

Yes this is a bug.. I tried many times. Abandon and retaking the quest didn't help.
