Use the "Live Support" Button in the Credit Mall. When its online (green text) than a GM will talk with you and hand out the lucky box to you ingame. You should have at hand Account Name and the Charakter Name that shall get the box.

If i read the title correctly the "gift" must still be purchased with Credit-Points, so nothing is free eh ;)

maybe u should put a bigger chance to get a rare pet from lucky box or lesser chance to get common egg or other things..
or u put another new box..like [i]pet box[/i],but its depends on ur luck u will get [b]rare pet or just normal pet[/b]..
