Should There Be better Hacking Prevention?
Do you think there should be better hacking prevention with the anti-bot system already in place (ex:GameGuard)?

What exactly do you mean by "better" hacking prevention?
While there are flaws in Elf Online, I have yet to witness one proven case of hacking. If you are referring to the posts from several months back, the members of SnowCity were known to share their account information with one another. Also, in the other suspected case of hacking, Willowe retracted her statement of the supposed hacking incident.
Until a program is created that wouldn't be detrimental to a game or its players (like GameGuard, which is horrid), I believe implementing such a system in Elf Online would be a mistake at this present time, especially in comparison with the other issues that are already encountered often in the game.

hm..... yes we do have some hacking incidents long ago, but we have made some adjustment to our security system. So I believe there will be no problem on our part.

Tottally desnecessary. The only incident I remember was when someone created multiple accounts and managed to get rare pets from lucky boxes easily, doing that many times to try selling at flea market later. But, as happy said, they made some adjustment on the security system(which solved the problem, since it didn't happen again) besides deleting the pets that person got.

Tottally desnecessary!
The main goal should be:
Bug-Fixing.
Spelling-Mistakes of Quests.
Training Camp Respawn fix. (Its empty all day/night long. Do something about it please!)
Technical Improvements
Adding Content (Areas / Special Pets etc.)

1. They're still in beta so their primary goal is to fix the bugs.
2. I have also spoken with them about their spelling errors as they are frequent and can confuse people greatly.
3. There is nothing wrong with the training camp respawns. They spawn at 6:00 PM EST M-F and 12:00 PM EST S-Sun.
4. They will add content when they open the expansion. Unfortunately it seems that the expansion won't be happening anytime soon as there are a lack of players.

Well maybe they should consider that the Time for Respwan is only usefull for the US Market and i guess the US Market percentage is at least very very low.
Consider to extrend the spawntime drastically or consider to have more than one spawn cycle a day at different time ranges.
If they only spawn at 6 PM and 12PM GMT -5 than TC is useless for all non US Players which are a majority i guess.

Actually the spawning time for Training Camp is from 18h-0h during the week and from 12h-0h in the weekends. It means every monster killed in the right time will respawn. It's pretty much a lot of time for me. It's not only good for US people, it's also ok for Canadians, the Latin America and even some Europeans.
It is a problem for most of the asian players, but I believe the Chinese Server is set for asian players and then the World Server should be set for the rest of us.
Splitting up the respawn time will make things harder for some people, although it might make things easier for some other. And they can't just make monsters respawn all day long.
SmilingBandit 7-8-2008 16:49
If the respawn time is from 6pm-0pm est (gmt-5) than at 23 gmt+1 should be guards in the TC but it seems that killed guards that are not killed in the timeline set for respawn wont respawn even if the time has come.
It seems they will respawn at the next day. Maybe some one should investigate this cause there are no guards in TC but its respawn time.
Feliploko 8-8-2008 17:54
Actually the guards will respawn at 0h in GMT+1 and all of the guards killed before 6am will also respawn.
