i dont know if this goes in this category or not but, i got the letters to take to thecetain people to get equip but when i take the letters to them they dont do anthing with it is there a catch what do i do

the letters are just there to inform you that you have reached a high enough level to accept a particular quest. Once you have read the letter you can sell it to any NPC
